As an authorized Bose distributor, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all electronics to ensure you experience the premium sound quality you expect. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and the reason for the return.

    Print Shipping Label

    Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include inside the box.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack the Bose product in its original retail packaging, including all cables and accessories, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Our technicians will inspect the device upon arrival; once verified, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
